As much as we love vitamins and supplements for our hair, choosing the right ones can be confusing and misleading. Our recommendation? Get out of the pharmacy section and get acquainted with multitasking superfood supplements, They offer equally potent benefits, without the risk of unwanted side effects. Try these:


 

MOON JUICE’S HO SHOU WU

What: Anti Aging Aphrodisiac. Popular in Chinese Medicine to combat aging, Ho Shou Wu is super rich in Zinc, an essential element for hair growth. Get your fix and you can stimulate growth and glow, and even reverse grey hair (yes, you read that right).
