These Are the 4 Biggest Hair Trends at the Billboard Music Awards

When you put a top notch music awards show in scorching Las Vegas, things are bound to get crazy! At the Billboard Music Awards, anything goes, and this year’s show did not disappoint. From intricate top knots to long, loose waves–below, we rounded up the four biggest Billboard Music Awards 2017 hair trends in Sin City.

Hailee Steinfeld

Hailee Steinfeld showed off her edgier side in a lace David Koma look and slicked back hair parted to the side by Gregory Russell. Very into seeing this edgier side of the Edge of Seventeen star!

Rita Ora

Want a short haircut without actually cutting your hair? Enter Rita Ora’s #BBMAs faux bob look. Her hair is slicked back and away from her face, and then tucked into the collar of her white embellished top and thong bodysuit look–brilliant.

Alexandra Daddario

We’re loving Alexandra Daddario’s entire look–including her slicked back, side part pony by Michael Long.

Vanessa Hudgens

Vanessa Hudgens killed it as the host of the Billboard Music Awards, and her short and sweet bob looked all sorts of wonderful. TONI&GUY teamed up with Chad Wood, who styled her hair for the night and told us, “I think people are moving more towards beauty with hair and really healthy hair and that is what I was going for with this look.”

Olivia Munn

Olivia Munn kept things natural and classic with loose waves and a pretty side part for the night.

Maia Mitchell

What’s sugar and spice and all things nice? Maia Mitchell at the #BBMAs! Perhaps one of of our fave looks of the night, everything from Maia’s flutterly Sebastian Gunawan two piece to her romantic bun is working for us.

Lea Michele

Lea Michele served us major architectural bun goals! Stylist Sarah Potempa created the look using The Beachwaver Co. tools and we definitely plan on recreating this bird of paradise-inspired bun soon.

Nicole Scherzinger

Long, beautiful, healthy hair is always in! TRESemmé Global Stylist Justine Marjan created long, loose waves on Nicole for the night that perfectly complimented her bronzy, ruffled gown.

Ashley Tisdale

Long hair don’t care! Ashley gave her shorter locks a break and went for her signature long, blonde waves for the night and smokey eyes.
