Celebrated hair stylist Pascal Bensimon sought training from the world-famous Bruno Pittini at the age of 17, and worked under Jean Louis David, a French hairdressing icon, at the age of 24. He then opened his own salon in the heart of Paris, where his work appeared on the covers of Vogue, Elle, and Marie Claire and where he obtained a clientele of a-list notables including Depeche Mode, Le Figaro, Madame, and Biba.
Two years after the opening of his namesake salon, Pascal was awarded first place at the Intercoiffure Dynamic Hair Show in Zurich, Switzerland. In 1995 he moved to New York City to pursue hairstyling and instruct at Jacques Dessange on Park Avenue.
In 2006 he launched his salon in Buckhead, Atlanta.
“My salon is a fashion-based salon, where I believe in fashion beyond fabric,” he explains. Combining this passion, talent, and fashion sense with each client’s desire to feel confident perfectly describes the sign above his door, which reads “Pascal Bensimon, Haute Coiffure,” translating to a fashionably elegant male hairdresser. And that he is.”
“Working alone with two assistants, he limits his clients to no more than 15 a day, allowing him to spend much more time with each person as he imagines and executes hair creations as varied as the individuals who sit in his chair.
Today, Pascal is reintroducing himself in the most elite and sophisticated hotel in Atlanta, the world-famous St. Regis on West Paces Ferry Road, now home to his new salon. This location is as elegant and special as each haircut Pascal gives to his clients.
Located inside The St. Regis hotel, the Pascal Bensimon Salon has a soothing atmosphere with a friendly staff that shares with you all the comforts from home including comfy leather chairs, cappuccinos and refreshments prepared in a kitchen, private styling rooms and shampooing beds.”
