The Beauty Of Odile

Beautiful is the first word that comes to mind when describing the perfectly coiffed manes touched by hair legend Odile Gilbert.  True to her French nature, even her most remarkable avante garde creations appear approachably soft and feminine; just remember the incredible wigs she did for Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette!  The highest of hair royalty, her book Her Style, Hair by Odile Gilbert was prefaced by Karl Lagerfeld and she is the only woman to receive the insignia of Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres; a recognition for contribution to the arts in France.
