Halloween Hair How To: Eleven From ‘Stranger Things’

Eleven from the cult Netflix series Stranger Things stole our hearts in the show’s debut season when she donned a wig on her barren head for the first time. Copying her wiggy look is a simple and quick last-minute Halloween ‘do! See the step-by-step below from Creative Emmy-nominated hairstylist Kelly Muldoon.

How To: Eleven From Stranger Things

For those with naturally blonde hair:

  1. Use a taupe hair mascara or a taupe eyeshadow to create a slightly darker root.
  2. To create the soft waves, use the T3 Whirl Trio with the one-inch straight barrel attachment and wrap the hair horizontally for five seconds, then let the curl drop.
  3. To finish, brush out the curls with your fingers and spritz with hairspray.

For those wearing a wig:

  1. Dampen the wig slightly and wrap big sections around your fingers and pin the curl.
  2. Next, use the T3 Featherweight Luxe 2i Dryer on the low heat setting to dry the pinned-up curls.
  3. Once dry, take the pins out and brush out the wave.
  4. If needed, you can darken the roots.
