Going from long, luscious locks to a short crop can be intimidating, but watching Kate Bosworth chop off a foot of hair for a sexy tousled bob gave us some newfound confidence to go all the way. Her modern Great Gatsby-inspired hair, created by John Frieda International Creative Consultant Harry Josh for her role in the upcoming flick 90 Minutes in Heaven, is totally rocking.
To keep the look fresh and very of-the-moment, Harry sprayed John Frieda Beach Blonde Sea Waves Sea Salt Spray on towel-dried hair. Using a diffuser and his fingers, he finished drying her hair. To keep the waves loose and perfectly imperfect he used his eponymous Harry Josh Pro Tools Ceramic Styling Iron to direct the waves and add definition, all while smoothing out the top.
For her red carpet look at a screening of Still Alice, Harry created a sleeker look, showing off the cut’s versatility. He used John Frieda Luxurious Volume Fine to Full Blow-Out spray on Kate’s wet hair then he used a round brush and dried her hair with his Harry Josh Pro Tools Pro Dryer 200. To create body, he pinned up each section and let it set. To finish the style he took the hair out of the pins and molded it with his fingers. Voila! Two chic but super simple looks.
