The Métiers d’Art Paris-Salzburg collection was presented by Karl Lagerfeld on March 31st, at New York’s Park Avenue Armory, a former military building that has become a groundbreaking cultural institution. The set of the show was stunning, staged to look like a modern version of the rococo palace Schloss Leopoldskron in Salzburg, Austria.  A-list celebrities, press and fervent clients turned out to the hilt in their embroidered, braid-trimmed regalia.
