NYFW x Monique Lhuillier x Bob Recine

Monique Lhuillier made her name in feminine wedding dresses and full-skirted red carpet gowns, so color us surprised to find that the icon of rock-chic style, Kate Moss, was the inspiration Fall 2015. The collection featured notes of effortless ‘20s glam using jewel tones and lace, which lead stylist Bob Recine contrasted with sleek strands and deep side parts using Moroccanoil products. The result is both sophisticated and cool, the perfect runway-approved look to try for your next event.

1. Begin by applying a quarter size cocktail of one to two pumps of Moroccanoil Treatment Original mixed with one to two pumps of Smoothing Lotion to damp hair.

2. After blow-drying hair smooth, work with your natural part to decide whether to section off your deep part to the left or right. Find the highest point on your eyebrow, and using a fine-tooth comb, draw the line of your part straight back from there.

3. Set hair by using playing cards between duck bill clips to ensure it stays smooth.

4. After several minutes, finish off the look by spraying with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong.
